GlyphwakeTerms of service
These terms cover Glyphwake, a virtual reality game made by Glyphwake Games of Ontario, Canada ("we"). By installing or playing Glyphwake you agree to them.
Your licence
When you buy Glyphwake you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on the devices your store account allows, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, rent or redistribute the game, or remove its notices. Streaming and recording your play, and sharing those videos, is welcome.
Buying, refunds and the store
Glyphwake is sold through the Meta Horizon Store. The store takes the payment, and its own terms cover purchases, refunds and your account. See the Meta Horizon Store terms and Meta's content refund policy. Ask for a refund through the store.
Early access
Glyphwake is in early access. It is not finished: it will change, and it may contain bugs. Updates can add, change or remove content and balance. We try to keep your heroes working across updates, but an update may occasionally need a save to be reset.
Health and safety
Glyphwake is an active, standing game with fast motion and swinging. Before playing, read and follow your headset's health and safety warnings. Clear your play area, keep your boundary on, and take a break if you feel dizzy, sick or tired. The comfort settings are described on the support page.
Ownership
The game, its code, art, music and names belong to Glyphwake Games or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence above.
Your data
Glyphwake collects no personal data. The privacy policy explains what it stores on your headset.
Warranty and liability
As far as the law allows, Glyphwake is provided "as is", without warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
Ending the licence
You can end these terms at any time by uninstalling the game. If you break them, your licence ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
